Tianzhushan Loushixiehou B&B is situated in Chazhuang Village, Tianzhushan Town, Qianshan City. It is conveniently located approximately 12.2 kilometers from the Tianzhushan Expressway Exit, with a driving time of around 18 minutes. Qianshan High-speed Railway Station is approximately 26.3 kilometers away, with a driving time of about 40 minutes, while Tianzhushan Airport is around 69.9 kilometers away, with a driving time of approximately 1.4 hours.
This boutique B&B project is an investment by Anhui Impression Chaxiang Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. in the heartland of Tianzhushan, Chazhuang village. With a total investment of 15 million RMB, the project involves the transformation of nine vacant houses. Throughout the renovation and design process, the cultural concept of "this may be a humble dwelling, but it is our embodiment of virtue" has been infused. The unique features of the original earthen walls and the traditional dwellings of southwestern Anhui have been preserved. The establishment aims to create an idyllic retreat, promoting both earthen wall and courtyard cultures, with a specific emphasis on the region's distinctive tea culture. The B&B strives to offer accommodations with warmth, a lifestyle with soul, and an experiential journey with emotional resonance.
Covering an area of approximately 5,000 square meters, the B&B encompasses a building area of 1,400 square meters. It features eight courtyard rooms and four wild luxury rooms, accommodating over 20 guests simultaneously. Additionally, there are five restaurants showcasing rural characteristics, with a seating capacity of 60 people. The conference center, spanning over 200 square meters, is a meticulously restored and reconstructed ancient dwelling from southern Anhui, capable of hosting gatherings of up to 80 participants. Other amenities include a tea bar, a book bar, a coffee bar, a creative workshop, a countryside workshop, and conference facilities.
After two years of meticulous construction, the B&B officially opened its doors on May 1, 2021. Furthermore, it has been recognized by the Anhui Tourism Association B&B Branch as a vice president unit.
