Sword-split Rock

Category:Introduction of Geosites

The Sword-Split Rock is a granite boulder divided into two approximately equal parts. Frost wedging and gravity have widened the joints in the rock, finally splitting the rock, as if it is split by a sword. Thus, it is named “Sword-Split Rock”.
