April 22, 2023 is the 54th World Earth Day, and the theme of this year's Earth Day is "Cherish the Earth, Harmony between Man and Nature". On November 28, the 2020 geosciences study tour tutor
training class and geosciences forum was held ceremoniously in Zigui County,
Hubei Province, and the first batch of Geosciences Study Tour Bases of Chinese
Geological Society were awarded. Tianzhushan Geopark was awarded this honor.
Tianzhushan will continue to innovate the forms of
science education, make efforts and play an exemplary role in disseminating
geosciences and promoting geo-culture on the basis of abundant geological and
cultural resources.
